Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the Complete Clinic Package offered by Moti Media. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).

Advance payment

To book your website, you pay an advance of ₹5,000 online through Razorpay. The balance of ₹9,999 is payable after your website is delivered. You may also choose to pay the full ₹14,999 upfront.

Cancellation before work starts

If you cancel before we start designing your website (that is, before we receive your clinic details and begin work), you will receive a full refund of the advance.

Cancellation after work starts

• Once design work has started, the advance is non-refundable, as it covers the time and resources already spent.
• Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered in your name.
• You will not be asked to pay the balance if you cancel before your website is delivered.
• If you paid the full ₹14,999 upfront, we refund everything except ₹5,000.

After delivery

Once your website is delivered and live, payments are non-refundable. If something is not right, tell us on WhatsApp and we will fix it as part of our service.

Renewals

Annual renewal (₹5,000) covers domain, hosting and maintenance for the next year. Renewal payments are non-refundable once the renewal period has started.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. To request a cancellation or refund, contact us with your name, clinic name and payment details.
